Collection: Windshield washer fluid level sensor
A compact, reliable automotive sensor designed to monitor the windshield washer fluid level in the vehicle’s reservoir.
It continuously detects whether the fluid is above or below a predetermined threshold and sends a signal to the instrument cluster or body control module. When the fluid drops too low, the system illuminates the washer-fluid warning light on the dashboard, alerting the driver to refill the reservoir before the washers stop working.
Typically installed at the bottom or side of the washer fluid tank, the sensor uses a float, reed-switch, or capacitive sensing principle and is built to withstand automotive temperature ranges, vibration, and exposure to washer fluid chemicals. It is a direct-fit or universal replacement part for many passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
